Sr. Hydraulic Foreman up to 6.6k AED for a Leading Marine And Offshore Company in UAE

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Supervise workers to ensure all necessary requirements of hydraulic repairs & project jobs are completed according to the specifications / standards
• Close monitoring of projects and teams as allocated
• Identifying the hazards in the work area and preparing risk assessments for the specific work activity
• Able to read Hydraulic and mechanical drawings, literature for repairs and plan accordingly
• Experience in controlling projects and repairs of marine and shipboard hydraulic equipment
• Conducting toolbox talks, organizing the job requirements for the technicians & fitter to perform the job in safe and efficient manner.
• Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment

Requirements

• POSITION: Sr. Hydraulic Foreman
• SALARY: up to 6,680 AED as basic salary depending on experience and qualifications plus 2,800 AED allowances
• HIRING COMPANY: Leading Marine and Offshore Services
• WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1-month)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationality
• Male, below 40 years old
• Overseas candidates are welcome to apply

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineer or any relevant course is a preferred
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in Marine Workshop or Shipyard industry
• Experience in Marine Cranes and Winches
• Good knowledge of English language
• Experience in handling 10 to 15 staff
