Job description / Role
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to provide support in the execution of marketing strategies, assist in corporate branding and marketing activities for the company and its projects whilst coordinating with vendors/media agencies to execute the company's marketing plans.
Key responsibilities of the Marketing Executive will include:
• Ensuring that campaign designs are conceptualized on time in order to procure collateral for corporate or project marketing materials, advertisements etc
• Handling PR agencies, marketing materials & Graphic designers.
• Check and proofreading press releases.
• Managing the online social media marketing
• Working with external agencies to design and innovate forthcoming campaigns/events and promotional material to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Supporting the Marketing Director in identifying vendors for specific services and developing long term relationships on behalf of the company
• Ensuring maximum utilization of various media channels by analyzing trends and reviewing literature
• Coordinating with agencies and vendors for efficient execution of promotion activities and marketing events
Compensation, the company offers a salary package starting for 10 to 15 K with standard annual ticket and medical insurance.
Requirements
Candidate specifications:
• A Bachelor's Degree with a specialization in Marketing or an Advanced Diploma with the equivalent years of experience.
• To be fluent in both written and spoken English - Arabic will also be an advantage
• Have at least 4 years of professional experience in UAE
• Have past experience in marketing within a Real Estate organization
