Sr Network and Network Security Engineer

Job description / Role

• Designing and implementing functional and secure company networks.
• Installing, configuring and troubleshooting network and network security devices in addition to data and internet lines.
• Creating and implementing network security measures.
• Recommend, schedule and perform network improvements, upgrades and repairs to ensure network reliability, availability and serviceability within most minimal interruption.
• Monitor Network performance and integrity and following up different monitoring tools.
• Document all network procedures, incidents and assessments. Provide mentoring and training for junior network staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer systems engineering or any related field.
• Familiarity with Cisco/Huawei/Aruba routers and switches.
• Experience in data center networking.
• Experience in static and dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, RIP .. etc)
• Experience in Paloalto and Fortinet firewalls in addition to IPS, WAF, SEIM and NAC.
• Experience in network monitoring tools like SolarWinds, ManageEngine ...
• Experience in SD-WAN Architectures
• Network & network security Certificates ( CCIE.NSE..)
