Position Title: Sr. Performance Marketing Specialist

Salary: up to 18K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

A reputable manufacturer and distributor of top-quality doors and closets in the UAE.

Job Description:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, Lead Generation and boost sales.
• Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across various platforms and effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make adjustments aimed at enhancing campaign performance to achieve ROI, and regularly provide recommendations to the marketing team.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations to the marketing team.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Branding Manager on creative direction, while managing the performance marketing budget effectively.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Creative Designing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in performance marketing from home and lifestyle industry
• In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
• Excellent communication skills & with a keen eye for creative design and branding
• Knowledge in across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels
• Deep understanding of data and data modeling
