Sr. Projects Manager

Job description / Role

- Manage and execute the full Fire Protection & Life Safety, Fire Alar project lifecycle, from development through to commissioning & handover, within budget and schedule constraints.
- Establish project goals, objectives, and priorities, and communicate these to the project team and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to international and local standards, codes of practice, and company policies and procedures.
- Develop detailed engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and project budgets.
- Monitor project progress and modify plans to mitigate risks and solve problems.
- Establish and manage relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure project compliance with contractual obligations, quality and safety requirements, and financial performance targets.

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in MEP project management within the MEP engineering industry.
- Proven track record of delivering large, complex MEP projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Familiarity with international and local standards and regulations.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
