Job description / Role
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Staff Well-Being Officer for a luxury Estate based in the Middle East. Registered nursing or advanced medic training would be highly regarded for this role.
• You will be required to oversee a busy staff village of +/-250 people so you need to be fun, energetic, responsive, empathetic, confident and strong.
• You will be responsible for the well-being of the staff and will be required to assist the staff in all personal or any other issues.
