Staffing Assistant - Dubai

They are currently seeking to recruit a Staffing Assistant, to complement their HR and finance teams, to support local sales development efforts and upcoming projects with expected staffing requirements. The role interacts effectively with the ME management team, consultants and the wider HR team. There will also be considerable liaision with other colleagues in offices around the world.

This is a highly administrative position, requiring extensive internal communication; focusing on ensuring staff resumes and background data are all correct and updated, maintaining adherence to staffing and mobility guidelines through communication to relevant teams, maintain the staffing database and local reports and current team compositions and support the staffing and HR team with adhoc projects. Additionally, the role takes responsibility for monitoring training dates and annual leave requests from consulting staff and taking action where necessary, on project conflict.

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate who is highly versatile and comfortable with the use of data based systems and generating reports and advanced MS Office skills. Excellent English skills are required with a superb team, collaborative work ethic. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree and ideally two years of work experience within a professional services / multinational environment.
