Job description / Role
• Lead, direct plus manage entire station functions to assure entire departments as well as staff implementations
• Ensure station facility offers professional, clean and sale wrong atmosphere lot al employees.
• Establish and execute departmental/organizations goals, strategies, polices, procedures Analyze procedures
• Responsible for the development of the regional stations (distribution Outlets)
• Observing/Maintaining the network's situation in each station areas and expand no developing places
• Develop maintenance and effective assessment plans for the existing outlets in the area
• Develop a corresponding training plan and conduct training for each outlet to make the outlets meet the
• Guide and supervise the operations on to formulate plans for the diagnosis and rectification of outlets
Requirements
• Past experience as a Branch or Station Manager in Logistics is a must
• 5-10 years of Experience in logistics
• Self Driven, motivated and can lead
• Must have a driving License
