Job description / Role
• Reads and understands drawings and assembly instructions, marks cutting and fitting lines on material, and ensures that all parts are properly fitted and aligned in compliance with the drawings and project specifications.
• Sets up and operates fabricating machines and tools, such as grinders, welding machine, flame cutters and Magnetic Drill.
• Ensures that all the required parts for assembly are present and Verifies their conformance to drawings and specifications, using square and measuring tape
• Follows the daily production schedule and complete the daily target set by the supervisor
• Performs as a team player to complete the assigned work and deliver his duties efficiently to meet the output norms set out for his position.
• Cleans and stores tools and equipment and cleans working areas.
• Uses strictly all PPEs designated for his job.
• Safety awareness within his assigned work and overall plant safety
Salary:
AED
1,500 to 1,700
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• Trade Certificate as a Fitter
• 3-4 years experience in the same field
Special Knowledge/ Skills
• Sound knowledge in fabricating techniques and Heat correction techniques.
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings
• English, Arabic, Hindi& other language.
