Position Title: Steward Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus company accommodation, transportation, and meals
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Client:
An international food & beverage company with high-end restaurant outlets in UAE
Job Description:
• Supervise the duties of all stewarding department employees, facilities, operation and costs
• Supervise the sanitation, cleanliness, hygiene as well as the quality level of product and services
• Direct and assist stewards in order to make clean up more efficient
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed
• Enforce proper cleaning routines for service ware, equipment, floors, etc
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Male, 35 years old and below
• At least 2 years’ experience in the same role (Fine dining restaurant or hotel experience)
• Should be fully vaccinated
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
