Job description / Role
• Receive all in-coming materials against Purchase Requisition / LPO / Delivery Note and ensure that they are accurate as ordered in the Purchase Requisition
• Prepare and submit monthly report on undelivered materials against POs
• Prepare report of all monthly and annual physical inventory of all materials/stocks and reorder levels with periods
Requirements
• 5 – 6 years of Gulf experience in a reputed FM company or MEP Projects contractor and should have worked as a store keeper
• Knowledge of procurement tools and techniques
• CAFM system experience is mandatory
• Thorough knowledge of store keeping and inventory control
• Thorough knowledge of ordering materials
• Expedite quick delivery and tracking inventory through a computer aided system
• Relationship management

• Must be fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage
