Store In Charge - Al Futtaim Watches and Jewellery

We are currently looking for a well-experienced Store In Charge for Al-Futtaim Watches and Jewellery in Dubai.

As the Store In Charge, you should have a thorough understanding of Sales management, Targets & Sales KPI’s as well as understanding of selling process, customer service standards, sales promotions in a retail environment. You must be aware of visual merchandising standards in retail and possess extremely strong understanding of Showroom Operations & SOP’s.

You will report to the Retail Operations Manager and will have a team of Retail Sales Representative reporting into you.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting role, you must have minimum 3 years of experience managing a retail showroom (min of 800 sqft showroom). You must have a clear understanding of Retail market in general in UAE. You should have experience of managing team strengths of 7-8 sales staff minimum. Minimum 2 years of relevant Watches/ Jewellery & accessories exposure in terms of product knowledge would be an advantage.

You must be proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel and Power point. Excellent computer skills, SAP/ RPRO preferred but not necessary. You should have good team management skills, be customer oriented and possess leadership qualities.
