Job description / Role
United Designers is a multi-brand concept store that showcases original, exclusive and fashionable creations, for their main target customer base of local UAE and GCC women. The company is looking for a full-time, collaborative and confident Store Manager, to lead the operational requirements of the store in Mirdiff City Centre, Dubai, UAE.
The successful candidate will lead, motivate, train and engage the store’s team to achieve sales targets. They will ensure outstanding customer service is delivered at all times, resulting in a memorable store experience. The successful candidate will also keep abreast of industry trends, to work in partnership with the Brand Manager, to ensure the store is meeting customer needs.
Requirements
• Previous experience in a managerial role, within a retail environment is essential
• Proven sales experience
• Outstanding ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service
• Excellent English skills and an Arabic speaker is desirable
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
