Position Title: Store Manager
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 30K AED depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
A prominent group based in Abu Dhabi, with international collaboration and successful track records in the areas of F&B, Retail and Entertainment.

Job Description:
• Responsible for overall store management.
• Develop business strategies to raise customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staffs.
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc) through liaising with HR.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Female, 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• At least 5 years’ experience in handling a store – luxury/top international brands
• Must have proven successful experience as Retail Store Manager
