Job description / Role
Our client is an internationally renowned restaurant chain worldwide with branches here in the UAE. We are on the look-out for a dynamic Store Manager with pre-opening experience for one of their new franchises.
The responsibilities will include the following:
- Establishing the store into a fully operational business
- Running a team of 10+ staff
- Purchasing and placing orders
- Delivering on sales targets with vigour!
- Maintaining food safety standards
Requirements
- Dynamic personality
- Ample pre-opening experience
- Self-motivated
- Exposure to the European environment in terms of experience and education
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of International cuisine and standards
