Store Supervisor - Arabic Speaker for Abu Dhabi

Jointly with the Store Manager, the Store Supervisor drives sales through the performance and development of the Sales Team. Ensures the delivery of exceptional operational, commercial and customer service standards

- Supports the Store Manager in delivering the store annual budget/targets.
- Assists Store Manager in maintaining proper coverage and schedule so as to ensure the store maintains high levels of customer service.
- Conducts store operations audits to ensure compliance with company’s Standard Operating Procedures. Ensures that the team is knowledgeable and adequately trained in store operations procedures.
- Carries out team meetings and ensures the team members are aware of targets/tasks to be achieved and their performance to date.
- Oversees the store’s after sales processes and ensures full adherence to repair/return policies and procedures through proper communication with internal stakeholders.
- Achieves targeted Mystery Shopping results through on-going development and training of the team. Supervises team’s performance, trains and develops team in customer service and product knowledge.
- Ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved and customer service provided is of exceptional standard. Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapports with potential and existing customers.
- Ensures that visual merchandising standards are achieved and that products are displayed in accordance with company and brand policy.
- Ensures promotions and pricing are accurate and in tune with company standards and policies.
- Identifies market brands and monitors competitor’s activities and shares findings and recommendations to Line Manager.
- Generates & analyzes sales reports and liaises with the Brand Management and Merchandising teams to maximize stock potential. Reports on the performance of new and core collections.
- Submits daily invoices and sales recap to Finance.
- Executes store operations including cash handling, inventory taking and record keeping in line with company’s standard operating procedures.
- Maintains proper loss prevention standards and ensure compliance with cash handling, safe and deposits procedures.
- Manages inventory such as in-bound and out bound movement of goods, receiving, stocking, restocking, transfers and managing inventory discrepancies.
- Ensures that all audit and security procedures are adhered to so as to minimize potential risk.
- Assists Store Manager in executing marketing programs and sales promotions effectively.
- Ensures interior and exterior of the store are clean and maintained to company and brand standards.
- Directs the team to follow standard operating procedures and store appearance standards.
- Stimulates and fosters a positive environment and team spirit that lead to high productivity by training, motivating and providing constructive guidance to the team in line with Company policy.
- Assists Store Manager in the managing the team’s performance and identifying performance and behavioral issues. Prepares detailed and regular team assessment.
- Provides on-going training and development to the team in the area of operating standards, customer service and product knowledge.
- Promotes safe work habits, identifies and resolves safety hazards. Documents accidents and determines root cause and proposes solutions.

Requirements

- Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 3 to 4 years’ experience in Luxury Retail Store Operations, with at least two year in a supervisory role.
- Arabic (fluent or mother tounge) English (fluent)
