Strategic Project Manager

Job description / Role

Our client is a major government authority that plays a key role in attracting new business to Dubai. Due to a constantly increasing demand for their services they are looking for a Strategic Project Manager to support on the development and implementation of key business plans and products.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, designing and overseeing the execution and monitoring of all projects and related frameworks, pertaining to product development. This individual will work with senior management and apply specialist knowledge in translating its overall direction into strategy, business plans and products.
- Execute product development projects in accordance with defined quality and time parameters.
- Lead the administration and communication of initiatives related to product development sessions with senior management to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.
- Ensure that departmental requirements for new strategic initiatives, products and services are understood and are translated into clear strategic/business plans.
- Ensure that organizational enablers i.e. culture, values etc are in place to ensure effective implementation.
- Recommend improvements to processes and metrics to continuously improve services.

40000 - 50000 AED a month + benefits

Requirements

- Candidates must have GCC experience in order to be required.
- 5-8 years experience within a strategic role in industry or consultancy.
- Masters degree in business administration or other relevant field. An MBA would be advantageous
