Charterhouse is working with a multinational, global leading business within the workplace design industry. A business focused on ingenuity and internal innovation by working in partnership with interior designers and architects to develop products and workplaces to enhance client's business strategy and vision. Our Client is looking to hire a Strategic Sales & Account Manager to be part of the MENA team based in their Dubai office.

You will be responsible for the development and execution of strategic account plans, leveraging of input and capabilities from fellow employees. You will lead and grow the business with assigned accounts by sharing insights and research, conducting workshops and strategic selling strategies. You will understand the clients vision and business strategy and work in partnership with them along with your colleagues to create a better work environment. You will have the ability to build resilient, supportive and deep relationships with the regional A and D community as well as diverse functions in client organisations (facility management and purchasing) and be accountable and measured on sales targets and results across the region.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be a strategic thinker with the ability to share insights and elevate conversations with clients to create an end product that supports and enhances their vision and objective. You should have a minimum of 3 years' UAE experience in a strategic solution sales position ideally within a multinational business where you have interacted with colleagues on a daily basis internationally. Experience within the A&D related industry is not essential. You should also have a proven track record in developing strategies and strong team and collaborative working ability. Our client has expressed a preference for an Arabic speaking candidate. A third foreign language would be highly valued.
