About our Team: As the Monetization Strategy & Operations team, our goal is to act as business thought partners and drive business growth through market and internal analysis, reviews of resource allocation & cross-functional/regional alignment. We're a global function with regional hubs, and are expanding our team. As a Strategy Business Partner in the Global Gaming Monetization Strategy & Operations team, you will be looking after the EMEA region and will play an integral part in supporting leadership with growing the business.
Responsibilities: As part of this role, you will be:
- Developing the monetization strategy for EMEA by partnering with key stakeholders/regional leadership;
- Conducting market research, providing insights to the business team;
- Collaborating with cross-functional & cross-regional teams to align growth strategies; and
- Tracking business progress, providing consistent optimization for business operations;
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven work experience, ideally in corporate strategy, management consulting or technology company.
- Fast-learner, self-starter with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
- Demonstrable analytical skills, ideally with experience of BI tools.
- Experience of interacting and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and ability to structure complex issues to drive insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of digital advertising/Gaming industry is preferred.
