Job description / Role
As a member of the Corporate Strategy & Performance Management team, you will work closely with external suppliers, partners, and senior stakeholders to maintain KPI dashboards and develop strategic plans that are tailored to the organisation's long-term vision for growth.

Description
* Prepare inputs on corporate strategy, support the preparation of draft strategies, including sector and departmental objectives and KPIs.
* Track incoming changes to the strategy plan requirements, ensuring they are documented and added to the archives.
* Coordinate meeting and comments on KPI achievements while effectively maintaining records of performance management meetings.
* Prepare projects plans and contribute to project implementation while acting as a focal point for planning and performance projects.

Requirements
* Must have 1 - 3 years' experience of working within an internationally recognised strategy consulting firm.
* Strong understanding of data analytical tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Visio or Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
* Sound organisation skills with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment
