As a Strategy Specialist within the entity, you will contribute to strategic planning and developing the annual business framework, ensuring a cohesive strategic vision and the adoption of best practices via effective performance monitoring and stakeholder management.

Description
* Collecting information from various sources for strategic planning such as interviews, competitive analysis and primary research
* Assist the Strategy Lead in developing and implementing frameworks for annual business planning, incorporating leading practices based off your research findings
* Support the Strategy Lead in building planning capabilities through awareness sessions and training to all relevant stakeholders
* Implement effective monitoring measures to track progress, prompt necessary alterations and pivot strategies as required
* Encourage communication among section heads to develop a unified understanding of the competitive landscape and strategic response

Requirements
* Must have an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Policy, Economics or another relevant topic
* At least 3-5 years experience implementing strategic plans in either the public or private sector
* Proven ability to carry out research / data analysis to understand behaviours and trends, leveraging your findings to inform future strategic objectives
* Significant experience in milestone and KPI setting, using these to identify areas of improvement and working with departments to develop turnaround action plans
* Excellent administration skills and attention to detail, who is self-motivated and completes all assigned tasks in a timely manner
