Job description / Role
The candidate will be required to Prepare and support the development of a 3-5 year strategic and operational plans for the Sewerage, Stormwater and Recycled Water Projects with a focus on business growth, developing detailed action plans which can be incorporated in projects executed by the Department, Define the market and identify trends within it.
The candidate will be working with the other department leaders to help recommending changes in organizational structure or culture to achieve strategic goals, Reviewing policies and suggesting changes and updates as required and in alignment with the organizational, governmental and worldwide strategies and programs, Conducting research and gathering data to help the Department understand their customers or clients better, Conducting feasibility studies to determine whether proposed projects or programs will be successful, Providing strategic planning on how to reach the business goals, such as improving operations, increasing revenues, making critical decisions or decreasing costs, Developing and implementing plans for new services, technology, or marketing campaigns.
- Must have a minimum of 8 years similar experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering/Business Administration/Economics/Statistics
- Ability to work with Power BI, SQL and other equivalent data analytic software's
- Knowledge of statistical approaches, data management techniques.
