Job description / Role

Currently hiring Structural Design Engineers for a leading engineering and construction company based in Dubai.

An ideal candidate would be with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Design and complex connections, design of steel structures such as Museum, bridges, shopping malls, Airports, stadiums etc.

Salary Range - AED 7000 - AED 10,000 Monthly

Other Benefits (Provided by the company) - Accommodation, transportation, return air ticket once in 2 years.

Requirements

Experience Required:
• 5 TO 8 Years of Experience in Design and connection design of steel structures such as Skyscrapers, Bridges
• Shopping Malls, Airports, Stadiums, Industrial Structures etc.,
• Knowledge in EURO, BRITISH & AISC codes are mandatory requirement.
• Conceptual skills & Expertise in the Design of complex connections is mandatory requirement.
• Working Experience in IdeaStatica, Robot, E-Tabs, Strand7, MIDAS, Staad, Staad.Pro & SAP is mandatory requirement.
• Highly motivated and perform the Job responsibilities independently to meet with the requirements of internal teams (Erection & Fabrication) and external clients such as Project consultants, Clients, PMC, etc.

Special Skills Required:
• Decision on the product conformances with respectto the standards and specifications.
• Keeping self-abreast of the latest trends and technologies.
• Plain speaking to discuss technical issues with the client and consultant.
• Extrovert in teamwork.
• Building rapport relationship within the organization and with the client.
• Sharp in decision making and quick in trouble shooting.
• Updated knowledge on various structural design processes.
• Passionate toward continuous improvements.
• Frankness in knowledge sharing
