Parsons International
Structural Inspector
Parsons International is looking for proactive and promising new graduates who are keen to start up their engineering career in a fast paced and competitive work environment. Recent Engineering graduates who are looking to be part of a construction supervision team working on structural aspects of roads, highways, bridges, utilities projects are welcome to apply.
- Inspect site conditions to ensure suitability of the designed permanent works.
- Give practical advise on constructional matters.
- Inspect construction, including temporary, works to ensure compliance with approved methods and contract requirements.
- Maintain records of inspections, work executed, etc.
- Direct Inspectors and ensure performance when required.
- Assist in or measure work done when required.
- Observe site safety procedures.
- Assist in preparation of “as-built” drawings.
- Assist with inspection of completed works, prepare sang lists and handover to operating authority.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Fresh/Recent graduate.
- Civil or Structural Engineering Degree preferably from a reputed University in UAE.
- Preferably with Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certificate.
- Knowledgeable with construction and engineering theories and practices.
- Adept in using typical engineering software and applications.
- Good written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Open to work in Dubai, Sharjah or Ras Al Khaimah, Northern Emirates
