Job description / Role
Charterhouse is exclusively working with a large international educational institute that is looking to recruit an exceptional Student Recruitment Sales Manager to bolster their existing team.
This role will require someone that has strong knowledge in international educational market trends and wants to drive the sales team to exceed targets working closely with the management team to explore different avenues of business development. As a key player in the team you will want to attract students to enroll in the organisation and will therefore need to be a people person that is able to engage in effective communications with other schools, universities, conferences, fairs and exhibitions. In addition you will be involved in developing long and short term sales strategies working closely with the marketing and admissions teams.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you should be Degree educated with an emphasis in business/education or equivalent with 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role. You will have a proven track record in delivering sales targets, strong time management skills, the ability to manage budgets and be someone that genuinely enjoys working in a fast paced environment. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and it would be a distinct advantage to be a fluent in either Arabic or a European language.
