Employment: Full Time

Salary: up to AED 11,000 based on experience
Location: Dubai

Our client is a high end brand with an innovative and creative product portfolio in the luxury segment.

They operate through stand-alone boutiques and retail concept corners and have an extensive distribution network across the region.

As a result of launching a new concept, they are looking for a Studio Coordinator to take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Center.

Ensure that the displays and exhibits are presented to an excellent standard; events are executed efficiently and ensure that the highest levels of Customer Service are given at all times.

Work in close liaison with Corporate Branding & Communications, and all the various business units in the UAE

Key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

PRE-LAUNCH
• Assist with the receiving and installing displays and exhibits
• Assist in setting up processes for bookings and communicating the process to the other Business units
• Assist in coordinating launch activities and events
• Assist in updating and maintaining the contact database in preparation for the opening

BRAND IMAGE
• Maintain the brand image to the highest standards
• Communicate the company as a creative ingredient brand pillars
• Ensure all displays and exhibits are correct, neat and tidy at all times
• Ensure window and showroom displays are installed in a timely manner to company standards, liaising as necessary with the Corporate Branding & Communication team and other business units when relevant
• Monitor the use of brand assets utilized by third-parties and reporting to line manager when discrepancies arise

CUSTOMER SERVICE
• Ensure all visitors to Center are extended the highest levels of customer service
• Deal promptly and efficiently to visitor queries
• Connect visitors with the relevant independent retailers or sales contacts on purchasing queries
• Manage meeting room bookings and event program schedules

GENERAL
• Assist with the coordination of events held at the Center and manage
• Liaise with trade people as and when required.
• Maintain good relations with neighbors and actively explore local marketing opportunities
• Miscellaneous administrative tasks as and when required
• Provide input and ideas for activities which could be planned in the Centre
• Participate in activities within and build relationships with the community and local designers

Requirements

• University degree
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role including – Administration tasks
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Experience working in a retail or showroom environment
• Background knowledge on art, design, architecture, jewelry, fashion or film
• Excellent communication skills in English
