Submittal Engineer - Fire Alarm Systems

Job description / Role

- Should have experience of 2-3 year in preparing Compliance statement & Technical Submittal for Fire & Life safety systems such as Fire Alarm, Voice Evacuation, PAVA ,Vesda, Central Battery & Addressable self-contained Emergency lighting systems.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Fire code & NFPA 72,101 & 111.
- Review and analyze project specifications and drawings to ensure compliance with fire alarm system requirements.
- Prepare submittal packages including product data, samples, and shop drawings for review by clients and architects.
- Collaborate with project managers and design teams to develop and modify fire alarm system designs as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of submittals, approvals, and project progress.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies identified during the submittal process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry codes, regulations, and best practices related to fire alarm systems.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Fire code & NFPA 72,101 & 111.
- Good communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in submittal engineering for fire alarm systems.
- Knowledge of fire alarm codes, standards, and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
