What you’ll deliver
• You’ll create and manage succession plans right across the organisation.
• It will mean supporting business partners and line managers, and holding some one-to-ones with individual employees.
• Working closely with training and development teams, you’ll use their expertise to inform appropriate training for those on the succession path.
• You’ll manage and analyse data, and report on your progress so that we know how successful our succession planning is.

Requirements

• Your strong customer orientation will be key, just as it is for all your colleagues.
• You’ll also have well-developed skills in problem solving, influencing and negotiating.
• You should have a degree in HR Management or Psychology, while a Masters in Occupational Psychology would be ideal.
• You’ll have at least 5 years’ experience in managing teams and succession planning.
• You’ll be comfortable working at senior levels and right across functions.
• Your knowledge will span everything from career pathways and mobilisation to development initiatives.
• We’ll also look for innovation and creativity, and an appreciation of airport operations.
