Job description / Role
• Put in place the same standard processes & best practices as the Dubai Headquarter for subsidiaries for Demand Planning, Supply Planning (MRP), Purchasing, Production, Maintenance, Quality, Distribution
• Reports/ KPI’s: Ensure the reporting of the KPIs: Service Level, Demand Planning, Supply planning, Purchasing cost, Procurement, Logistic & Supply Chain (warehouse, transport), Safety, and Quality
• Support a cross-functional environment through effective leadership and communication
• Ensure compliance of rules & regulations as per laws in the respective countries of subsidiaries: Working policy, Safety, Health Environment and Quality policy
• Drives the local team, do analysis and define action plans to continually enhance the results
Requirements
• Candidates should have at least 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing in Food Industry
• Expertise in Product and Market Knowledge
• Experience and good knowledge of MENA market (customers, systems, logistics providers)
• Experience with the food industry standards.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain (From Demand Planning to Customer Delivery)
• Strong Knowledge of the purchasing negotiation process
