Supply Chain Manager

Job description / Role

Job Scopes:
1. Responsible for all company purchasing.
2. Responsible for all raw materials and ingredient sourcing and purchases, all consumables, spares and other purchased as required to keep business operational.
3. Responsible for ensuring availability of appropriate warehousing and storage facilities in accordance with the demands and business needs.
4. Responsible for all facets of transportation within the business, inclusive of development of all company vehicles, maintenance of all company vehicles, inter-company goods transfer, all deliveries from suppliers directly to the customers.
5. Responsible for reviewing all the business flows within the supply chain function, and the interfaces with the other functions ensuring the flows are optional for the business, are aligned with company policies and procedures, and then to ensure that this is encapsulated into the SAP implementation and usage and reporting.
6. Work closely with supplier and vendors to ensure contacts are carried out in the best of company interest.
7. Meets targets and all variances are investigated fully and corrective action implemented.
8. Stock variances level are investigated and reported.
9. Agreed customers services level are achieved.
10.Responsible for the cost reduction and productivity improvement.
11. Establish budgets in consultation with the management team.
12. Operational target set for Supply Chain are achieved.

Job Requirement:
1. A minimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing/ construction industry.
2. At least 6 years in Supply Chain Role
3. Bachelor or Masters Degree from an accredited institution.
