Job description / Role
You will be responsible for installing new / rebuilding existing Personal Computers/Laptops and configure PC hardware, peripherals, services, settings, etc. and also repair and recover from software and hardware failures in accordance with standard and operational requirements and applying OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade and utilities.
You must have Certification in Microsoft Network systems and Cisco Internetworking with 5 years of experience with Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems in a multi-site, multi protocol (LAN) / (WAN) environment. You must be an expert knowledge on enterprise Symantec Endpoint Security administration.
