Position Title: Sushi Sous Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A fast-growing food and beverage holding group in the Middle East
Job Description:
- Prepare various types of sushi dishes
- Inspect the quality of fruits, vegetables, and fish used to prepare sushi dishes
- Take inventory of food supplies and other products
- Report any problems with kitchen equipment
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Open to Asian and Arabic nationality
- Male/Female, 40 years old and below
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
