The Role

As SVP of Digital Design, Delivery, and Platforms, you will be a key contributor and member of the DX1 senior leadership team driving the strategic path of the practice, shaping our offering and value proposition, building our team and capabilities, steering the team to deliver impact to our clients, and representing the organization credibly and honorably with clients and the community.

In addition to the integrative leadership role, you will be driving the development of DX1's design, delivery, architecture, and DevOps. Our aim is to be THE leading reference for digital design and delivery, and applied technologies regionally in the Middle East and a respected contributor in the domain of applied technologies globally. You will lead us to achieve this vision. You will be working closely with other members of the leadership team to architect solutions that best address the clients' challenges and ensuring that your team successfully deliver on the promise.

In this role, you will

- Contribute to the development and delivery of the DX1 strategy formulation, business planning and budgeting
- Work closely with other DX1 leadership members to steer scoping, definition, and design of impactful solutions that address client needs
- Define a compelling vision for DX1 digital design, delivery, and platforms service offering by forming a comprehensive understanding of clients, users and business objectives
- Ensure the function's plans, capabilities, and delivery are aligned with the overall DX1 direction and priorities
- Articulate DX1 Digital Design, Delivery, and Platforms value proposition and service offering; Manage the needs of the multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our value proposition to clients in Digital Design, Delivery, and Platforms is cutting-edge and relevant
- Lead the efforts to successful deliver our offering of "platform as a service"
- Understand, set, track and communicate the business objectives and key results

Requirements

- Explore new technologies and trends with sizable potential impact for DX1 and ensure DX1 maintains leadership in the domain
- Bring great understanding of DX1's ecosystem and architecture, systematically thinking through potential design impacts on other teams, the company, and clients
- Own the building and development of the Digital Design, Delivery, and Platforms team
- Lead the development and management of partnerships and technology acquisition efforts to expand DX1 capabilities in Digital Design, Delivery, and Platforms
- Own the deployment of Digital Design, Delivery, and Platforms teams on client programs (part of the overall client engagements) and ensure proper delivery against timeline, budget, and impact
- Provide technical leadership for the Digital Design, Delivery, and Platforms team
- Ensure proper mechanisms and methodologies are in place within the Digital Design, Delivery, and Platforms function and integrated in the overall DX1 delivery methodology for safe, quality assured and effective delivery on digital and analytics projects
- Ensure that our internal platforms are best-in-class and lead the efforts to architect and deploy solutions to enable us to deliver efficiently and effectively on our client mission
- Be the leader representing DX1 in the relevant forums, and events related to digital transformations and platforms
