SVP/Principal

Job reports to the Head of Investments and candidate is expected to lead all major aspects of a transaction

• Financial modeling and due diligence
• Term sheet negotiation and value creation plans
• Investment memorandum preparation
• Client meetings
• Legal contract review, negotiation and transaction closing
• Managing post acquisition value creation plans

Requirements

Solid private equity experience OR transaction advisory experience within global Investment banks OR Management consultancies.

Important to a candidates profile would be;
Business maturity, financial modeling skills, strong presentation skills, very strong work ethic and integrity. Someone who has strong willingness to learn, team player, fact oriented.

6-10+ years experience as a minimum.
