System Administrator

Job description / Role

Responsibilities and duties:
• Installation and configuration of software, workstations (Windows, macOS);
• Maintenance of cash desks and commercial equipment;
• Timely and high-quality user support (reception/registration/ execution of applications), maintenance of workstations;
• Support for the functioning of the existing POS and network equipment;
• Office equipment maintenance (cartridge replacement, minor repairs);
• Accounting of goods and materials, carrying out inventories.
• Experience working as a system administrator/support engineer for at least 2 years;
• Experience working with commercial and cash register equipment;
• Experience in operating user workstations from 50 pcs.;
• Switching of network devices;
• Commutation of patch panels, sockets;
• Experience with managed switches;
• Administration of Windows 10/11 Pro/ MacOS;
• Administration of standard office programs;
• Possession of a minimal set of commands for network diagnostics (Ping, tracert, nslookup);
• The skill of working with remote connection systems (RDP, RMS, Anydesk);
• Minimal experience of server hardware maintenance (Rack mounting, switching, network connection).
