Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Monitor SharePoint farm services, logs, performance, installed applications and solutions and ensure they are working as per design and in a healthy state.
- Perform health checks and review of implemented solutions, recommend corrective actions and remediation, plan to implementation
- Experience in handling SharePoint 2013 and 2010

Requirements

- Taking responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system.
- Provide second level support for above listed environments
- Work to resolve open support tickets raised by first line of support because they cannot be resolved at the initial point of contact.
- Ability to execute and carry out the required technical work to bring out a resolution to the initial issue.
- Communicate closely with first line of support through ADEK ticketing system in order to deliver solid service to ADEK users.
- Provide additional or refreshing technical training on using or administering the portal solution to content managers and portal administrators.
- Perform other infrastructure tasks as required by the business.
- Hands on System Administration Experience
- Bilingual resources are highly preferred (Arabic & English)
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
