To support our continuing expansion, we are looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager. The role is mainly remote-based and can be performed from any city, with periodic travel to the company head office in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company’s recruitment of experienced hires as well as fresh graduates
• Cover the entire recruitment cycle – from job description, through source selection, advertising, CV screening, interviewing, online testing, offer issue and negotiations, reference checks and joining logistics
• Fill a wide variety of internal positions including Tech, Marketing, Sales, Admin and Finance
• Source candidates from different geographic regions, including Asia, Europe and the Middle East
• Source candidates directly via online platforms as well as via recruitment agencies
• Develop relationships with different stakeholders within the firm as well as external vendors and partners
• Benchmark salary levels for different roles using market data
• Manage and report quarterly and annual recruiting budgets

Requirements

Required Candidate Profile:

• Solid experience in a demanding talent acquisition role, ideally gained in an international tech company
• Proven hands-on experience of managing the full end-to-end recruitment cycle for a range of different roles
• Experience of working with different nationalities and cultures
• Superb communication skills, including perfect written and spoken English
• Excellent work ethic, time-management and ability to work well under pressure
• Good command of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Bachelor’s degree in any subject from a reputable university
• Experience of conducting personality and competency-based interviews
• Experience of working outside home country and/or in a recruitment agency would be desirable

Compensation: INR 20,00,000 – 25,00,000 per year (depending on experience) + Bonus
