Job description / Role
As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for the full Recruitment lifecycle for the UAE and Middle East Business.

Our client is a leading business within the Media/Telecommunications sector
Description
* Managing and developing recruitment plans
* Manage the full 360 recruitment process from sourcing to on boarding of candidates
* Source and manage a high volume of recruitment needs throughout the year
* Analysis and update Recruitment strategies to ensure they are as effective and efficient as possible
* Work closely with line managers to understand there recruitment needs
* Train managers on interviewing, selection criteria etc
* Manage external recruitment agencies
* Build and develop the In house ATS system ensuring to build strong talent pools
* Ensure you are up to date with industry knowledge and changes in labour laws
* Prepare and manage the recruitment budget
* Manage a small team of recruitment support executives

Requirements
* Minimum of 10 years recruitment experience
* Degree qualified - HR of relevant subject (preferred)
* Arabic fluency - Essential
* In House recruitment experience - Essential
* Experience handling recruitment budgets
* Experience managing recruitment projects globally
* Comfortable sourcing for roles of all levels and seniority
