About the Client:
A Dubai based Commodity Trading company with active market participation in UK and expanding globally.

Job Description:
• Manage job postings on social media.
• Meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for hiring.
• Lead employment branding initiatives and manage other HR activities as required like organizing career fairs, assessment centers or other events.
• Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs to meet targets
• Plan and ensure recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) are conducted on time to be able to take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience.


Position Title: Talent Acquisition Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

• 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution
• At least 3 years’ experience in full cycle recruiting, sourcing, and headhunting with least use of paid ads; ADHOC experience is preferred
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
• Proficient in the use of social media – all applicable platforms
• Must be target driven
