Talent Acquisition - Senior Executive

Job description / Role

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all Talent Acquisition requests and inquiries requested for Advisory, Tax and Support Services team.
- Work closely with Heads of depts and reporting manager to create a clear understanding of future resource requirements and execute sourcing strategies to deliver those needs. Ensure complete understanding of future requirements, to build strong and engaged talent pools.
- Sourcing and screening suitable CV or profiles that fit the job requirements and scheduling interviews at various stages.
- Conducting pre-HR interviews and independently completing HR rounds as well up to Assistant Manager/Manager roles.
- Posting job vacancies on various job boards and social media channels.
- Responsible for collecting documents and supporting the smooth on-boarding process for new hires.
- Sending out acceptance or rejection emails to candidates.
- Addressing candidate queries and assisting them with the interview process.
- Preparing and drafting job offer letters and employee contracts.
- Maintain digital and electronic records of new hires.
- Produce and submit weekly reports on general HR recruitment activity to the reporting manager. Maintaining and updating candidate database / tracker.
- Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Requirements

- Minimum bachelor’s degree or relevant in HR required.
- Professional in Human Resource (CIPD, CHRP, CHRM) are preferred.
- 3-4 years of progressive experience in interviewing, selection, and recruitment processes.
- Proficient experience in using any HR system (relevant ATS apps or LinkedIN Recruit portal)
