An exciting new role has been created within an expanding Global Financial Services business for a dynamic, proactive, and business savvy Talent Acquisition Specialist.
The role will be to work closely with the Head of HR in developing and implementing a dedicated acquisition strategy which will support the business growth. Responsibilities will include attracting, assessing and onboarding new employees using a variety of methods from advertising to referrals and recruitment fairs, supporting the talent management process and assisting with any other HR issues that may arise. A full JD will be provided on application.
We are very interested to hear from experienced acquisition specialists with a real passion and drive for supporting business excellence through talent acquisition and development.
