Job description / Role
We’re currently searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work in the TA team of our large international client in Dubai.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle process from inception to completion. To include; posting and advertising approved positions, sourcing, pre-screening, arranging interviews, ensuring that a diverse pool of candidates are offered where possible and finally sending offers of employment
• Source and track candidates for ad hoc bid work
• Provide market advice when required on salaries/skills shortages, market conditions etc.
• Input and update data on the system
• Preparing candidates for interview in advance.
• All adhoc reports are updated in real time
• Ensure that the working environment is safe at all times by reporting any safety hazards or risks in a timely manner.
Requirements
• Experience in a recruitment team, candidates straight from agency will be considered
• Ideal sectors would include construction, technical, oil and gas
• Around 3-5 years recruitment experience in the Middle East
• Available to join IMMEDIATELY and must be based in Dubai
