Job Description

- Assisting with coordinating employee engagement activities
- Supporting HOD's in attracting, recruiting and retaining talent.
- Manage T&C administration such as contracts, letters and personnel files.
- Collaborate with T&C in managing workers compensation claims
- Ensure that the T&C systems have accurate & timely data
- Assist and coordinate T&C projects, initiatives and events
- Coordinate the efficient, accurate and timely delivery of T&C administration processes
- Assist with the employee on-boarding & off-boarding process
- Overlooking accommodations day to day operations and activities
- Assisting new joiners to settle in accommodation
- Regular accommodation inspections and reporting
- Handling all accommodations related tasks

Requirements

Qualifications

- Enthusiastic, driven and brings positive energy - you love to make things happen!
- Completed or currently studying Human Resources or a related qualification.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Minimum a one year experience in Hotel in Human Resource
- A natural ability to connect with people and build relationships at all levels
