Overview:
The Talent Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and retaining high-performing employees within the organization. The role involves developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with the organization's business goals and objectives.
The Talent Manager will be responsible for collaborating with various teams to provide training, coaching, and career development opportunities ,streamline process ,Driving Compensation Benefits , workforce Planning enable employees to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with the organization's business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with various teams to identify and address talent management needs.
• Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
• Provide coaching and career development opportunities to employees.
• Identify high-performing employees and develop retention strategies.
• Develop and implement succession planning strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to talent management.
• Measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to talent management.
• Employee retention rate: Talent Managers are responsible for ensuring that employees are engaged, motivated, and satisfied with their work.
• Time-to-fill positions: The Talent Manager should aim to fill open positions within a reasonable time frame.
• Diversity of hires: A diverse workforce is important for creating a culture of inclusive and innovation.
• Employee satisfaction: The Talent Manager should conduct regular surveys or assessments to gauge employee satisfaction levels.
• Succession planning: The Talent Manager should work with management to identify and develop employees who have the potential to take on leadership roles within the organization.
• Training and development: The Talent Manager should oversee the training and
development programs for employees.
• Employer brand reputation: Should focus on building a positive brand reputation.
• Cost per hire: The Talent Manager should aim to minimize the cost per hire while still attracting high-quality candidates.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate will have:
• Master’s degree in human resources or a related field
• Certification in talent management or related area
• Proven experience as a Talent Manager or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of talent management strategies and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to talent management.
