Employment: Full Time

NTS Group are currently working on an exciting opportunity to join one of the top companies in Dubai as a Talent Manager. This is a rare opportunity to work for an organisation that truly values employee well being and engagement.

As the Talent Manager you will be focused on supporting the creation and delivery of an integrated talent management strategy as well as identifying effective development interventions and shape succession plans. You will take the pivotal role on forming the colleague engagement strategy and running the colleague engagement survey, using results to partner with the business to put together action plans focusing on strengths and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

To be successful, you will be degree educated and have at least 6 years of solid talent experience, ideally within the GCC region. You will be a self starter, comfortable working with senior stakeholders, the wider business and external partners as well as focused on driving forward positive change. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in talent management as a HR Business Partner, HR Manager or within a specialist Talent Manager position for other leading well known organisations.

This is a fast paced environment and people are expected to deliver. This would be best suited to an individual who is looking to grow and develop their career in a highly regarded environment which in turn offers excellent benefits and bonus. The role will also require frequent travel to KSA so candidates should only apply if they are happy to consider this.
