Tax Partner

Job description / Role

• Be in charge of the tax and currency control services and function for the clients of our client.
• Combine diverse cross-border experience with local and international tax and currency control knowledge across a broad spectrum of industries.
• Build a database of effective solutions and ready to sell structures most commonly used by clients
• Work with legal, business and finance team together to provide clients with the most effective solutions for their corporate and assets structures from the tax and currency control perspectives in a mix of jurisdictions
• Provide Tax Advice.
• Advise and guide clients on tax-related matters to ensure they comply with tax laws and help minimize potential tax liability.
• Provide guidance on important life events and their tax implications, like inheritance, marriage, divorce, and childbirth.
• Assist Clients with Tax Planning.
• Develop and recommend strategies to reduce taxable income, take advantage of tax breaks, or defer taxes to a later date.
• Assist in preparation of reports that are delivered to clients and other parties.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.
• Prepare and Filing Tax Returns.
• Research Tax Laws. To ensure clients comply with the latest regulations
• Build relations with tax and currency regulatory bodies locally and in foreign countries to better understand their requirements
• Build a network of local consultants and specialties all over the world in the tax field to have a solid network of partners to work with our clients
• Build partnerships with tax and legal firms and to provide us a pipeline of clients for FOAAS
