Job description / Role

We are currently seeking to employ an experienced Teacher of Music for Jumeirah College, Dubai. This appointment is for September 2024 start. We will consider both Full-time or Part-time.

The School

Jumeirah College is a GEMS Premium Secondary School which delivers the National Curriculum for England, offering the full range of GCSE and A level courses. In 2023 over 99% of GCSE results were 9-4 out of which 47% were 9, and at A level over 44% of all grades were A*/A with over 77% A*/B. This success enables our students to move on to the very top universities around the world, including Cambridge, UCL, Stanford, Monash and Toronto.

The Post: Teacher of Music

We are looking to appoint an outstanding Teacher of Music to join the College. The successful candidate will work in an exceptional department which is both extremely popular and effective. In 2023 the results in GCSE were outstanding, with over 55% of students receiving 9-7 (A*-A) grades. At A-Level, the results were equally impressive with 100% A*- B
