Job description / Role
• To oversee the team’s service delivery and general well-being in the office.
• To provide training to further progress the team.
• To provide support to the senior management in order to meet company objectives.
• Maintaining and expanding strong customer relationships and responding to queries efficiently to ensure the delivery of a high level of service.
• Liaising with colleagues and suppliers on the customers’ behalf checking on order progress and communicating any special requirements to ensure that specific order requirements are
• Investigate & report on customer complaints as appropriate.
• To coordinate the ordering of product samples and promotional material and to provide product advice to clients.
• Detailed and timely reports of all distributor actions.
• Provide support in the compiling of existing customer tenders.
• To undertake general administration duties as required.
Requirements
• Proven work experience as an office Manager, Senior PA or Team leader.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
• Good experience with MS office
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solvers
• Methodical
• Fast learner
