Team Support

Job description / Role

Support the SWS team by providing administrative and clerical support.

- Provides hospitality and administrative support during events and meetings.
- Supports the team by providing administrative and clerical support as requested, including preparing, copying, collating, binding, filing, distributing documents, mail and notifications.
- Sorts, delivers and picks up mail from various departments at regular intervals. Keeps records as required.
- Distributes incoming mail / courier.
- Packs material for dispatch, affixes labels and inserts materials in envelopes as instructed.
- Operates basic office equipment. Coordinates the maintenance and repair of office equipment when needed.
- Organizes office/pantry supplies and ensures the same are properly shelved and stocked.
- Scans job cards for filing and shreds them once scanned.
- Keeps office / pantry areas clean and tidy.
- Prepares and serves coffee / tea for Management and guests.
- Any other duties / responsibilities assigned by the line manager from time to time.

Requirements

- Graduate
- No experience required
- Understanding of hygiene, grooming and hospitality principles
- Use of Office Equipment
- Organizing and coordinating skills, attention to details, communication skills, IT skills
