Technical Business Analyst

Davidson Consulting is currently involve in a Digital Transformation plan (Insurance).
You will join the Architecture and Innovation Business Unit as a Technical Business Analyst.
Your main responsibilities will be:

Review the business needs, Define, Document and Communicate Integration product’s requirements, in collaboration with the main IT stakeholders, for the insurance projects.

Contribute to the implementation and integration of the insurance applications in a reusable way by documenting the project requirements, technical specifications, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners.

In details:

"Tasks assigned to this level require an in-depth and broader understanding of problem identification, analysis and resolution, and a knowledge of architecture patterns and methodology.

Responsibilities:
• Design the technical requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed software
• Define, assess, document and develop technical requirements and provide support to development teams
• Mapping Source Data and Operation Model provided by the Back Ends with Canonical Model and Specific Interfaces defined by the integration requirements
• Define and Document Service Oriented Architecture specification
• Maintain model and documentation updated in a UML / XSD / WDSL repository
• Participate in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality

Communication & Interactions:
• Interact with main IT actors for the definition of the actions
• Contribute to relationship with integration solutions vendors
• Contribute to building efficiency gains through implementation of best practices

Business Knowledge:
• Basic knowledge of the insurance business
• Basic understanding of market practices/business processes"

Requirements

• Business Applications: Insurance, Campaign Management, CRM/Customer Service
• Software Engineering: J2EE, XML(XSD, DTD, WSDL) , SQL, REST
• Integration Technologies: Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web Services, SOAP, REST, WSDL, WebMethods
• Modeling / Reporting Tools: Eclipse, Visio, XML SPY.
• Databases: Oracle, Microsoft SQL
• Standards & Methodology: Agile, Scrum"
